Basically, states have the power to decide what corporations can and can’t do in their state. The Montana Plan, meant to counter Citizens United and supported by 74% of Montana voters, would redefine Montana’s corporate charter to disallow corporations from spending in elections. Great idea.

Noem complaining about how diificult it is for her ICE gestapo to go into communities and have to listen to whistles alerting people to ICE’s presence. If we had a sensible immigration policy instead of racist bullies pulling random people off the streets, there would be no need for whistles.

I will never understand why at least some of these CBP agents don’t refuse to follow what they must know are illegal orders. The same goes for ICE and the military under Hegseth.
If CBP, Customs and Border Protection, is only supposed to operate within 100 miles of the U.S. border, what are they doing leading operations in Charlotte, North Carolina?

I think Americans are realizing that democracy is a participation sport, and the the government is ours if we want it to be. I feel like we got complacent and hoped some other third party would do the work for us. Seems like we have to learn that lesson every generation.

We must keep up the pressure on these ICE henchmen and their boss Kristi Noem. According to DHS, they have already deported around 500,000 people, including many people proven to be eligible to remain or with pending court dates, and even some US citizens (which DHS denies). This must not go on. 😡🤬
People are rising up and teaching each other how to resist and fight back, and it’s working.
And yeah, we’re seeing a whole lot of stupid ICE agents stumbling around like they own the place.
You cannot occupy a city and expect silence. The people who live there always answer back.
