can we stop writing things with LLMs... if you run into some problem or whatever and work it out with an LLM's help, that is *fine* (but I'm sure you could have done it yourself if you tried), but don't then have an LLM come up with some write-up about the solution, do it yourself

I'll start - if you hold CTRL, it will pause Task Manager so the processes don't move around when you're sorted by resource usage
