I don’t have a lot of pictures of me in the Marine Corps, but Semper Fi for my brothers and sisters who served. Happy 250th birthday. It’s sad that this anniversary is during the Trump administration.

Some whimsy. It's the fall of 1979, I'm 21 and just left the Marine Corps in July. I'm rocking a corduroy 3-piece suit from J.C. Penny's with my parents at the Eugene, OR Moose Lodge. I can't believe I was ever that skinny.
