The kicking arts are amazing nowadays. You should've seen the Houston punt just now: bounced at the 1, bounced sideways to the other hash, then bounced back upfield to be downed at the Buffalo 4.

I do not read major daily newspapers for irony.
The Nuzzi piece is an excellent realtime test of whether Bluesky can recognise an ironic writing style.

The user's avatar and skeet let you know how things are going for the Phoenix Suns.

(Triggering incident was Suns guard Jalen Green getting hurt and going to the locker room.)

EIGHTEEN YEARS FROM NOW, A FRESHMAN DORM:

"Hey, roomie. I'm Zohran. I'm from New York."

"Cool. I'm from LA. I'm Yoshinobu..."

Hadn't realized until now that Roki Sasaki's 3 IP in the close-out against the Phillies might've messed him up for the rest of the postseason.

Sasaki's first four games: 5.1 1 0 0 0 5

Sasaki's final five games: 5.1 5 1 1 5 1

Watching the Dodgers WS parade on TV now after attending last year's. Apparently, this was the one to go to, as the motorcade is taking its time going through DTLA. Last year, it was a speed run from City Hall to the stadium.

Seeing Rick Monday in the hoodie reminds me that twice last night he noted how cold it was in Toronto. Yesterday's low there was 41 degrees – a chill that would have Southern Californians (e.g., myself) grumping.
Folks. We got him again. Mo broke character 😂 (his thumbs up is adorable)
