If you're a soldier in the 11th Airborne Division being ordered to prep for deployment to Minnesota or Greenland, remember that you have the right to apply for conscientious objector status.

The agent said that??

"When they told the agents they were US citizens, the couple said, one responded, “It doesn’t matter.”

Another said, “What you’re doing is illegal. This is like Germany 1938,” the court papers said..."

If you're part of the BlueAnon, then please by all means don't get on board with me. I refuse to give Democratic leadership a pass for their weakness and complicity.

Also, my track record speaks for itself in asking people to vote for Dems over Trump, but we all deserve better fighters.
That literally the first thing he does is attack Dems for it is why I cannot get on board with Wajahat Ali
Not headline news. No real fuss by Democratic leaders. No calls to censure. No pushback. No questions asked of GOP leadership by the press.

Just totally accepted anti-Muslim bigotry across the board.

Fukuyama: Europeans think conceding Greenland will mollify Trump. It won’t. He will come back for more later. Europe says it still depends on the U.S. to deal with Russia.

But Trump’s America has abandoned Ukraine and declared Europe secondary to the Western Hemisphere. 2/3

Fukuyama: Trump is a bully who wants to dominate everyone around him. Trying to placate him with concessions is a fool’s errand. He despises weakness.

As an American, I say to my European friends: do not back down. Appeasing Trump with flattery has failed and must stop.

Norwegian Prime Minister Støre sent a message to Trump yesterday suggesting they talk by phone.

Trump responded 27 minutes later with his deranged missive about the Nobel Peace Prize and Greenland.

Fukuyama: Countries that stood up to Trump’s threats — Brazil, India, China — have done well. They boosted domestic support, and China forced the U.S. to back down.

Trump is not the United States: most Americans are dismayed by his policies and likely to vote against him. 3/3

Yeah, and, as I keep saying, Trump is only going to get worse. Narcissistic traits generally magnify toward end of life, and whatever cognitive issue Trump has is reducing his inhibition and impulse control even further.
