Genuinly I have no idea how this happened. Maybe its just poorly optimised. Maybe its a devotee error. Maybe they were trying to recreate that iconic 2000s SEGA beach vibe. So weird considering they did Hawaii so well last game

Idk if SEGA have ever made an official statement regarding their stance on gen-AI use, but its safe to assume that given their recent shenanigans, I wouldnt put it above them to try and pull some garbage like that
