I wish it were possible to read Substack newsletters on an e-reader or something. Unread emails always feel like work to be done. I hate that.

I only met Peter David once, but he was very kind. His X-Factor run got me back into superhero comics after a 10 year drought, and it's still one of my all-time favorites. 12-year-old me didn't even know he had written the issue of Hulk I read 25 times in the hospital. RIP to a legend.
