I absolutely love that the quoted title says FOUR stages, but then the entire article is about the FIVE stages.

It’s an incredibly useful tool for some things, when used right. But most people blindly trust what it says. It’s just the Wikipedia problem (or the Google problem before that) all over again. Personally, I find it useful for getting up to speed on technical topics.

This is 100% accurate.

The only truly insufferable movies are Phantom Menace and the Holiday special. And I’d still rather watch the Holiday special than Phantom Menace.

That was my take, but I don’t understand why. Why would you ever want anyone to have to be around “rambunctious boys”?

I think that, when used to describe someone as an adjective or category, “dude” means man. But when used in a greeting or as an interjection, etc, it is unrelated to gender.

At least that’s how I use it, but I’m a dude who grew up in Southern California in the 80s.
