Everyone's fussing about what is or isn't Dark Academia. It's childishly simple and I can't believe anyone has trouble with it.
Simply go to the university in question and start breaking light bulbs! What's the problem? Are you stupid? It's that easy. When you've broken >70% of bulbs, it's dark.
