Nebraskans deserve oversight—not excuses, not delay tactics, and not elected officials playing dumb.

As Judiciary Chair, Sen. Bosn has the authority to hold a hearing any time she chooses. She doesn’t need permission from the Governor or the executive branch to do her job. Refusing to act shields the administration from accountability.
