It’s always “worth it” to be who you are.
They keep trying and failing to add enough negative consequences to transition to make it "not worth it" because they're still massively underestimating the value transition gives.

thanks to my simple rule “just call people whatever pronoun they want who cares” i spend less time thinking about gender issues than 95% of the population. with my free time i imagine cool battles

I think that there are a few things cis people can learn from trans people like. in general. such as:
you can name yourself whatever you want. go ahead, it's fun.
you can actually wear whatever you want.
you can get a little goofy with presentation and still be whatever you want.
