I talked to someone yesterday who has no idea that our government is kidnapping people, including citizens and legal residents. If all the Speaker watches is Fox news, he probably hasn’t literally “seen” anything at all. As Speaker he should seek that knowledge, but he seems more like a White House appendage than a functioning Speaker of the House. Would a House Speaker tell all Republican members to stay home during a shut down? Could it be more apparent that the House simply does the bidding of the cabal running the Executive Branch? 1. The GOP bill - it raises premiums on 22m Americans and lets Trump keep acting illegally.

2. The Dem bill - it stops the premium increases and checks Trump's illegality.

Each time, neither bill gets the necessary 60 votes.
