Hmm was “hybrids are best for the environment” argument bullshit after all? I get the need to pander but this is pretty brazen. Take a lesson from Tesla and maybe stay out of politics, Akio?

The fact that the anti EV crowd ignores the issue of local emissions is batshit. Here in the front range of CO local air pollution is killing us. Also, remote coal plants (worst car emissions scenario) are still more efficient through EV motors than combustion engines.
Going #EV isn't just about environment, its about health
your health.
Air pollution damages nearly every organ in the human body even unborn babies.
Yet:
• Only 17% know it’s linked to dementia
• 95% unaware of diabetes links
• 82% unaware of stroke risks
• 70% unaware of heart disease connections
Poll finds the public remain unaware of the health impact of air pollution

The line item predates Trump taking office; the solicitation seems to have been installing vehicle armor onto State’s existing #Tesla fleet.
