Also, why not seek an emergency stay? Wouldn’t you do that if something was unconstitutional? They know they lost! This is all bluster and bullshit.
(Of course that doesn’t mean a Republican judge won’t change the ruling…but again, if you thought that would happen wouldn’t you sprint toward it?!)

My wife and I have Thanksgiving by ourselves. No hosting, no family. Just eating cheese and drinking wine in sweatpants until it’s time to make a good turkey and sides and pie.
