coffee roasting curves and loss curves look very similar. The rate-of-rise (ROR) should have a steep downward trend and flatten as the roast proceeds. If the ROR goes back up or flattens out, you get baked or underdeveloped flavors. #ML #trivia

According to my analysis of 2021 data from ACS and BRFSS, as Internet adoption rates increase in U.S. Counties, self-reported diabetes prevalence decreases. There seems to be good evidence that the Internet is a social determinant of health.
