Today is all about scheduling the 2026 calendar; giving myself a heart attack *now* so I don't have 70 small heart attacks next year, or at the very least cutting that 70 down to a healthy 30.

Most of my life has been in restaurants, at every level, from dishwasher to rat catcher to general manager.
