Bad timing for a dying PC I guess. I think my PC is starting to reach the end of its lifespan and the prices for RAM are crazy. Dont think I am able to afford a PC with these prices. Its frustrating because I need one for my studies, so idk what to do here. 300€ for a RAM kit is crazy.

I had this literally a year ago already, guess I have to spam support tickets to get a human to look at this lol. So yeah, I am banned on discord, everything is read only and all my accounts got hit. What the heck?

Im honestly a bit frustrated about the fact that GSA is hosting their speedrun summit even at the exact same weekend as Flame Fatales. I researched it a bit and the event itself was announced quite a bit later than Flame Fatales. Kind of sad to see really.

I cant put it into words really but the new ESA merch shirt looks so uncanny. It genuinely looks AI generated. There are so many elements that are usually results from genAI or genAI tools and not cleaned up properly. I sincerely hope that it is just a human error but I fear they actually used genAI

Also one last thing before I head to bed, I never had to worry about audio normalization before. And as I have quite a lot of sfx in my game, I had to do a lot of audio normalization.
And I really have to learn how to make music eventually. And finally learn how to use a DAW properly.

Actually curious, are there any musicians/composers out there who do commisions? I genuinely dont know where to get started and how you approach music especially in a fangame situation. I have 0 idea how expensive stuff like that gets. When i was looking for music, I found nothing that I could use.

I forgot i set myself an alarm for when the grades are our for this semester. Well, I passed the hardest exam with the second best possible grade. I was so stressed out about computer graphics but I am more than just happy with the end result now haha.

Since beginning of this year I have been eagerly waiting for Wheel World by @messhof.bsky.social and only a couple days are left until I can finally play it. Ohh I am so excited to play it and speedrun it. Especially as a bike enthusiast the demo already blew me away with the great sound design.

GermanDevDays have been amazing. I am so glad I went there. While I could not find an Internship opportunity, i met so many amazing devs and likeminded people. I learned a lot aswell. Also, I got my first badge for a professional event!

Mandatory internship search has been quite rough. I applied to so many different companies yet I got ghosted by most and the rest all had no available internships. I did not expect that, especially considering I already finished an apprenticeship. I hope I can find something or else I waste a year.
