Absolutely fair. I think it was a way to compromise with editorial to have a new angle on MJ being in the book married to Peter.
It worked for me, but I get how it’s not for everyone.

I’ve bought pre-assembled Gunpla at cheap prices to fix them up. It’s not the same as building, but I still get the delightful kit at the end. Like this GP-01Fv, which came with all the parts and stickers unapplied.
