Small businesses (250 employees or less) account for 80% of all US job openings. 🙄
Q: "Are you considering tariff relief for small businesses?"

Trump: "Why do you always mention, you know, a couple of little businesses. What about the car business?"

With all the talk of product shortages , I think it should be said that products will first find their way to densely populated areas first and everywhere else, last

This certainly will hurt all those red counties. How they react to their shelves being everything will define the midterms

The $7.25 federal minimum wage is a poverty wage in every state.

Meanwhile S&P 500 CEOs made $40k/hr in 2024.

There’s a minimum wage because employers would pay less if they could, but no maximum wage because the rich write our laws to benefit the rich.
What $7.25 buys you in 2025
Americans who work 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year, at the federal minimum wage no longer make enough money to keep themselves out of poverty.

Why isn’t China picking up the phone? APOLLO suggests it’s because “the share of Chinese exports going to the US has declined from 20% to 14% since 2017.”

“In other words, more than 80% of exports from China end up in other places than the US.”

It’s almost as though everyone in Trump’s orbit, inside and outside government, gets together on a (non-secure) Zoom call to decide “What’s the most corrupt and illegal thing we can do today?

And on some days they can’t reach consensus so they just go ahead and do them all.
1. Truth Social, Trump's social media platform, announced an audacious scheme yesterday to profit from Trump's tariffs

Truth Social will offer actively-managed INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS composed of stocks in companies who benefit from Trump's policies

It's a jaw-dropping conflict of interest
