The term is *martial law* meaning military or war.
A marshal is a person in a position of authority, like an Air Marshal or a Fire Marshall. (Or Marshal Dillon on Gunsmoke.)
Trump can't declare "Marshal Law" because there's no such thing.

I just learned that the Twin Cities marathon has three divisions: Men, Women and non-binary. Apparently they've had a non-binary division since 2019!

He's only 49. I'm 2 1/2 years older than him.
