I wish I could speak in accidental trochaic tetrameter without getting the TMNT theme stuck in my head.

Just now: “much more concrete tactile feedback”

Today’s NYT spelling bee managed to annoy me INSTANTLY.

It doesn’t accept LINGUA or LINGUAL as words?!

Lovely to see a shop that's also a good plot point for an episode of Red Dwarf.

You know, we’re 5 years into articles and videos about vaccines having had a major spike in prominence, you’d think that MAYBE people would stop showing needles in header thumbnails and video footage without adequate warning!

Are there any news websites that a) are not the BBC and b) actually work without “pay to reject” now?

Is there a frozen carrot shortage? We haven’t been able to buy sliced carrots for weeks.

God, I hate the control scheme for #KirbyAirRiders #NintendoSwitch2. All NS2 controllers have way more than two buttons. WHY DOES THE B BUTTON DO ALMOST EVERYTHING.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a shared notes app for a family that works across iOS and Android at a minimum?

Requirements: need to be able to make a weekly shopping list, and ideally share some other notes occasionally.

Skimming through the three proposals for local government reorganisation in Norfolk…

Two of these proposals are broadly sensible ideas that reflect realistic but different ways of achieving legitimate goals.

A funny thing about the YouTube No Translation extension is that it breaks title A/B testing. Quite often once the API calls go through, the titles on my homepage change.

You know, as well as my no-translation extension for YouTube, I ABSOLUTELY need one that fixes timestamps. “One year ago” meaning between 365 and 731 days old is USELESS.
