Rev. Jesse Jackson was a great American who fought relentlessly to make our country a better place — one with justice, equality, and freedom for all. His legacy will live on for generations through the lives he changed. My thoughts are with his family.
Rev. Jesse Jackson was an American hero.

He changed the course of our nation, from marching for civil rights to building coalitions that expanded who gets to be heard in our democracy. He challenged us to believe that progress is possible, to never accept injustice, & to rise up against all odds.

I met with agricultural leaders at the farm of Jeremy Tischer, a third-generation farmer growing corn, soybeans, and sugar beets near Breckenridge. We discussed the many challenges they’re facing — from rising costs to tariffs — and the need for certainty and stability.

Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman says most white-collar work "will be fully automated by an AI within the next 12 to 18 months.”

If that’s true, it’s an economic earthquake.

We need a moratorium on new AI data centers to make sure AI works for workers, not just billionaires.

The Minnesota legislative session begins today, and Melissa Hortman’s desk will remain empty, with a photo and flowers to honor her memory.

I will never forget Melissa and Mark, and I know Minnesota won’t either.

Yet another reason she should be removed.

If you’re a member of Congress who hasn’t called for her removal (especially after this) you should just step down yourself.
How is it possible that Kristi Noem still has this job. Imagine if you’re a family member or a shipmate of this guardsman.

History teaches us that the greatest harms often begin with the quiet acceptance of the unacceptable. I have seen where that road leads, and I will not walk it again without resistance.

Yes, Donald. There is “a little something out there” saying you can't run again, it's called the Constitution.

For President's Day, Donald posted a picture of himself trying to look tough (he looked like my grandmother, but she never wore that much makeup), and this quote:

"I was the hunted. Now I’m the hunter."

Another reason to stop celebrating this holiday.

Executives at CBS News made it clear to Late Show host Stephen Colbert: He wasn’t to interview Texas State Representative James Talarico last night.

But Colbert, who only has months left of his tenure on the show after being ousted by Paramount Global, didn’t listen.
CBS didn't want Colbert to talk to this candidate. He did it anyway.

Before you use numbers from a new DHS “economic impact analysis” in reporting on a new Trump prison camp, please consider that these reports appear to be (to use a technical term) horseshit.
