Dem Justice Allison Riggs leads by 623 votes for a key North Carolina Supreme Court race heading into a recount.

The GOP won a 2020 court race by 401 votes & used it to allow new GOP gerrymanders & voting restrictions.

Riggs would bring Dems a step closer to a majority & restoring fair elections
Democrat keeps slight lead for North Carolina Supreme Court as counties finish count
