SNP’s Maria MacAulay, echoed the complaints they had received about customers waiting on the phone for up to 20 minutes only to be cut off and having to ring in again.

I brought forward a motion to review bulky waste services after rising complaints about fly-tipping and unaffordable uplift charges. Instead of taking action, Labour councillors refused and chose to pass the issue to the Scottish Government.
