Sloppy language by journalists & others who should know better:
* disinterested is not the same as uninterested (a footballer is not disinterested in the game)
* on behalf of is not the same as on the part of (on behalf of myself doesn't mean anything)
* pace somebody means you disagree with them
What would your pedantry bot be, friends?
I'm trying to think of what sort of pedantry account I'd run if i got into that game

On holiday in Bormio. Mountains are lovely even though the Stelvio Pass is closed for a landslide. We are surrounded by would-be Fausto Coppi struggling uphill (and by photos of Coppi on his bike in the town).
