So far, I’m really digging the X-Men: Age of Revelation storyline. I think people get a little burned out on alternate futures with the X-Men, but I like that the books feel like a natural extension of what’s happening in the present day stories, but 10 years in the future.

People come to Bluesky and kick the hornet’s nest like Macaulay Culkin in My Girl, and then have the audacity to act like it’s a platform problem. I assure you, if you go to someone’s house for Thanksgiving tomorrow and immediately shit on the floor, your experience there won’t be great either.

Started reading some old Spider-Man Clone Saga comics on Marvel Unlimited. I read some of it as it was coming out, but I was pretty young, so I couldn’t keep up with everything that was coming out. The one thing that really strikes me is that the good stuff is actually really good.

I think I’m on an island on this one! I did have a bunch of plushies for a long time, but eventually I parted ways with most of them, outside of my beloved Applause Mario. That guy has been with me too long!

I slowly collected all four as they got discounted. In retrospect, I should have waited a little longer for the other three like I did Yunobo, but I paid somewhere between $10 and $15 for each, so it’s not like I paid full price.

I’ve still got the Mario Applause doll I got for Christmas in 1990! And Nintendo very kindly sent me some cool Zelda plushies over the summer. But I have a really hard time collecting any for myself.

Just read DC’s Batman/Deadpool one-shot. I think I enjoyed the Marvel one more overall, but this had some fun highlights. Recently, I’ve been reading All-New Wolverine on Marvel Unlimited for the first time, so Tom Taylor’s Nightwing/Wolverine story was easily my favorite. So freaking fun.

Marvel Unlimited now has a big section where you’ll find “the inspiration behind Marvel Cosmic Invasion.” Naturally Annihilation is front and center, but there are some other cool picks. That’s good marketing, and I love that they’re giving the game this treatment.
