Ended the #JackFrostChallenge with a 16 km ski at Birds Hill Park on a sunny warm afternoon which included a rest break in the sun with tea & cookies ( yes @greenactioncentre.bsky.social they were 2 cookies I swiped from your 40th anniversary event! Thank you! 😊

Great skate on the Nestaweya River Trail @ The Forks today. Conditions on the Assiniboine were great. Not so much on the Red. I especially enjoyed skating on my metre # 103.

I really appreciate that the Birds Hill DQ keeps the bike rack cleared for us in the winter. If I have a place to park securely then they get my business!

First real winter test for e kit on trike. About 1/3 distance of usual. Out of juice for last mile home & with extra effort, warmed up so much had to take mitts off. #WinterTrikeFun
