If you are Swiss (Zürich) please get on a train and go to Konstanz, it’s much prettier than Zürich and has better vibes. Then you go to the mall directly next to the train station, do your shopping, go to the VAT office, get your refund and go back to Switzerland, also give me 10chf

If I was Swiss I would simply never shop in Switzerland. The trains are too good to let yourself pay Swiss prices
