Senator John Cornyn, Sharia law cannot override the U.S. Constitution. Our legal system already prohibits enforcement of any religious law. Repeated warnings about Sharia law creates fear around something that is not a real legal threat. Stop with the dog whistle ads.

If Trump is willing to destroy NATO because Norway didn’t give him a Peace prize, he doesn’t care about peace, it was about getting the prize. Proof positive he didn’t deserve it.

Never before in my 70 years living in the US have I felt the need to carry papers. Granted, I’m pale white, senior citizen and native English speaker so I probably won’t be asked, but nobody should need to carry identity papers.

Rand Paul is right (this time). Police don’t wear masks on the street. ICE should be prohibited from wearing masks. If police don’t need to, ICE doesn’t need to. People who aren’t anonymous may behave better.

We had a presidential election during the Civil War, as well as congressional and gubernatorial elections. Some places even allowed Union soldiers to vote absentee. If we can have an elections then, and during WWI and WWII, we can have them now.

I had/have venous insufficiency. I’ve had ablations done on my veins which improved things tremendously. I’m scheduled for one more on the lower leg. If I can get treatment that resolves this, why can’t Trump? Fear? Denial? Or are his too bad to treat?

It's been well over three weeks since the deadline set by law and they still haven't fully released the Epstein files because withholding exculpatory evidence is clearly what you do when you're "innocent."

René Good’s life ended. Johnathon Ross’s life was ruined. Whether or not he’s prosecuted for murder, and even if he can justify what he did to himself, his family, and to God, his life changed for the worse; he will be remembered as a man with a gun who was not able to control his anger.

If he was innocent the ICE agent that killed Rene Good would have stuck around until a report could have been filed. He would have facilitated getting her medical help. Instead left the scene. Shoot and run.
