Not enough people are addressing the fact that Taiwan fell to China the minute we invaded Venezuela.

Every argument used by the administration for its actions in Venezuela can be used by China to justify taking Taiwan and it's pretty clear the US will do nothing to stop it.

To Denmark and Greenland: 100 Danish forces deployed to Desert Storm. They stood with us defending sovereignty and international law. Now I watch Stephen Miller mock you on TV while my government threatens to invade Greenland. I'm a veteran and I'm ashamed beyond words. I'm so sorry.

The end goal of Grok sexual harassment is to make women afraid to be visible. It’s a punishment for daring to exist in a way the perpetrators can’t control. There’s no one solution to this, because the problem isn’t just technological. It’s cultural. It’s misogyny. This is just one expression of it.

Such a shame that the trolley has to run us all over. It could simply have taken the other track, but that would be inconvenient and hence not the Responsible Adult approach

If you spend 850bn on defense, there is no way you're just going to leave it there not doing anything, is what I think it comes down to.

If Nicolás Maduro stands trial in the United States and gets convicted of 34 felonies, does that mean he’s qualified to be our next president now?

Just checking what the standards are these days.

Maduro was a brutal ruler, it’s true. So is Putin—who Trump supports. So was Bolsonaro, who Trump supports. So was the drug-trafficking former head of Honduras, who Trump just pardoned. So is Nayib Bukele in El Salvador. MBS. Bibi.

Stop pretending Trump cares about illegitimacy or brutality.
