When I mention Universal Basic Income, Company Sponsored Retraining, Social Programs in any forum; I immediately get a response like "Why can't people look after themselves?". That is the single simplest thing wrong with our global society. No sympathy, compassion or empathy anymore.

I love birds. I have a long deck out back where I would put bird food out. I did this over 15 years. Well can't anymore . Rats destroyed the insulation. Cost me $26,000 to replace. Insurance doesn't cover rat destruction in a house. Now I feed birds at the nearest Starbucks.

The frog suits are replicas of the frog suits in Lingling, China. They are actually dancing frogs at gatherings of people and have a special salute when people greet them. When the military drives by the frog does it's special salute and the Chinese military salute back with laughter.
These inflatable frog suits are taking me out but they are also...healing to watch? I'm upset about what's happening in Portland but laughing is letting the stress out.
