Back in Spring 2021, I created a 12 page comic for Cartooning class back in college where I then took that student comic, and posted it on Twitter on June 12th that same year to coincide the then-40th anniversary of the first Indiana Jones film, Raiders of The Lost Ark. #CartoonOCs, #Comics.

I feel like Samples and Ouweleen's approach to CN gave off a "how do you do, fellow kids" vibe, and even as a Gen Z kid in the 2000's, it felt weird to me, because it would've been better off if they just stuck to being the cartoon equivalent to TCM that happens to also feature newer cartoons.
The guy called Billy and Mandy a “hateful fart cartoon” that damaged CN’s reputation, was an executive producer on ReAnimated, and apparently co created CN Real.

And now he’s in charge of the network. Joy.
Apparently they revealed that Stuart Snyder didn't created CN Real and was a Jim Samples and Michael Ouweleen choice to compete with Disney and Nick.

And that Snyder actualy liked Toonami but had to kill it for new shows and championed the Toonami return at Adult Swim.

I'd say avoid Pluto TV at this point since they're straight-up Skydance.

If you have a Roku device, there's always The Roku Channel and its live channel guide.

And if you could muster dealing with Amazon, Prime Video Channels has hundreds of channels at your disposal for free.

Warner Bros. is facing an uncertain future and Skydance is really looking at buying the company even in a hostile takeover. WB is viewing a sale as an option but a split is preferable. We have to show that Skydance is no way a potential partner for WB.

Your cable package might have your preferred streaming service for free.

There are also Pluto, Freevee and Tubi to binge any of your favorites for free.

If you have MeTV or MeTV Toons on cable or over the air, you are in luck.

Anything TV should be accessible. Plain and simple.

21st Century Fox being bought marked the death of a major movie studio. We can’t let this happen again. Skydance cannot buy WBD. Any chance of a hostile takeover is bound to happen unless we raise our voices and concerns.

The latest news will show why the Ellisons should not merge/consolidate WBD impacting all things at WB, New Line, DC, WBP Animation, WBTV, and WB Animation.

Keep urging Zaslav, the board and investors to make sure WBD is not for sale and should continue to split. Either Apple or Amazon post split.

Just a reminder again to please urge Zaslav and the board to #DontSellWB.

A split in mid 2026 is the best long term option. Apple or Amazon will see more valuable and WB itself will have less impact rather than a Comcast, Skydance or Netflix hostile takeover.

Any merger will be disastrous for the industry, job growth, job opportunities and animation as a whole. No jobs should ever be lost and Hollywood hast is stay competitive. Urging you to please call your Congressman to block a sale of WB. Stay independent.

Tubi, you’ll attract more subscribers if you create a #LooneyTunes FAST channel.
Just awaiting the inevitable Looney Tunes FAST channel. The fact Tubi has nearly 800 shorts neatly arranged means they're almost ready to pull that trigger.

And we already know it'll be profitable.

If they were to relaunch CNS, my guess is that they would rename it to Hanna-Barbera Studios like what they did with Cartoon Network Studios Europe when it got relaunched as HBSE. My main goal right now is to be able to work with Warner Bros. someday and make new shows and do character voices.

Yup. Apple and Amazon are tech companies first and foremost; I can't see either of them properly managing WB. Media content seems to be secondary in their priorities. And Paramount getting it is a whole other horror show.

Staying independent after they split is the best option. WB can continue to support their streaming and studios businesses and build from their. They have an animation boom on the way if more platforms start buying.
