you've just coloured each centroid by the value for the OA that contains it. It makes for a really nice effect. Nice code.

I spent a few minutes trying to work out how you had allocated each OA to a grid square (centroid), which is quite a tricky task. Then I eventually realised you'd sidestepped this and you don't have a 1:1 correspondence between each OA and a centroid...

what I think Starmer Labour specifically shows is the utter perversity of governing as if you are in an election

when you have governing majorities, you will be judged in the next election primarily on whether people's lives have gotten better, and that should be your focus not issue messaging
