This is Juan Carlos. He is homeless & lives in his car.
On 1/9/26 in Minneapolis, he was ripped out of his car, beaten, kneed & kicked in the face repeatedly & shackled by ICE agents.
He was left with a punctured ear drum and lacerations which required stitches. ICE impounded his car and home.
