The sky was filled with 100s (1000’s?) of pink footed geese this morning trailing in long skeins heading inland. The sound of their calls was a wonderful cacophony. It gave me goosepimples! Maybe that’s where they got their name? #FirstBirdOfMyDay

A few have us as Great Britain between Ghana and Greece OR at the beginning of the G’s. I’ve often lost the will to live by the time I’ve found where I live. 🤬

I hate dropdown lists, especially countries. In the UK, most sites list us as United Kingdom, after United Arab Emirates and before United States, some list us as UK, between Uganda or Ukraine OR at the beginning of the U’s between UAE and USA….
