In our latest preprint, Lea Mikkola et al. used single-cell & spatial omics, revealing how obesity can turn adipose tissue fibroblasts into immunologically active players in an atherosclerosis mouse model.

Using scRNA-seq and Visium HD, we mapped lymphatics in metastatic lymph nodes from breast cancer patients and discovered striking lymphatic remodeling that shapes subsequent metastasis.
