Because if you can't laugh, you've got to cry. Sometimes both at the same time.
Semper eadem. La lutte continue à la même chose.

[Yes I was the dork who kept buying replacements for the one cellphone that had a magic keyboard gaah]

The absurdity of two HDMI ports and needing an endless amount of splitters and cables to continue using your media & games. Buying endless technology format options of the same thing or even worse subscription services to watch the same thing is NOT an option.

Anytime you see a huge business like that make headass decision after decision that undermines the key reasons people give them money, it's often private equity calling the shots.. JAB Equity has owned Panera Brands since 2017.

It's like remembering the sun eventually supernova & white dwarf. Even though the timescale is huge, people call it morbid because they don't like to think about small they are against the vastness of time & the universe.

Sometimes I think about how atoms are mostly empty space, and everything & everyone, including me is made of atoms. Therefore I am mostly empty space. Every time I think about this I am stone cold sober.

I'm surprised more Jesusy Democrats aren't going for Gospel of Matthew references, making the link between Jesus Mary and Joseph fleeing for their lives and Republicans being Herod. Or sending them back ro Herod to die. Or am I misunderstanding it?

It's nationalized Romneycare.
If Democrats didn't suck at messaging or cared about their ACA, they'd be talking about Scrooge taking away Tiny Tim's crutches.

I obviously am going to try to avoid category errors that would impact my safety, but otherwise? My default assumptions of so many people have shifted for the worse.

It's a real mental effort not to lump people into groups right back. I'm tired of granting people the presumption of goodness by distinctions between groups or individual behaviors they will not grant me.

I'm convinced people want to create. or maintain a completely different reality to DARVO their way out of accountability. It's so much more satisfying to project onto a hated minority and then lump that minority in with other minorities.

A 27 year old woman living the high life in NY deciding to go bang Mark Sanford equivalents because she's really into that is the exact wish fulfillment trope studio execs and directors write into Hollywood movies over and over again.

Tim Fullerton's marketing firm, Fullerton Strategies, produces podcasts as part of digital strategy and this is an unearned media buy of over an hour long for his client, Graham Platner.
The firm's tagline references "Break Stuff".
