If you’ve ever gone to a convention in artist alley and had your card suddenly start getting declined and gotten messages about fraud, this kind of shit is why. I pretty much only do cash at shows now because my cards get locked for the weekend if I buy something from an artist whose done nsfw stuff

Woke up to quite the update on this. I had been in contact with Payment Cloud about getting their service and they waited until now to hit me with the image below. Again, stringing me along instead of being upfront. They had seen my website multiple times before this.

Spoke with an anon source who had an interesting insight into Visa policy. Per a convo with their bank on the Steam/itchio situation today, Visa put new restrictions into place due to a new "government policy." The exact phrase used by Visa. No specific country was listed as the source of the policy

Pretty sure Visa is recording phone numbers now, I have called them several times now. Last few times as soon as they pick up I get "we have already provided you with all the relevant information, we will now be disconnecting the call" and hangs up before I can even speak
