I went to my GP to get a referral to the private psychiatry and she affirmed my own belief that I have autism. It means a lot to hear professional people affirm what I experience, especially since I've had a lot of professionals refuse to listen.

Yesterday I ended up talking about money with a friend. She was like "well money shouldn't be important for you happiness" and I agree but listen when you are only BARELY making ends meet and you have no savings money is pretty essential to your happiness.
