So, Comey and James have had their charges dismissed, but only on the basis that Halligan's appointment was bogus, not on any of the other reasons they should also be dismissed.
This one is subject to appeal, too, so the Circuit Court or SCOTUS can stand it back up again.

I remember where I was the day JFK was shot. 7th grade. Shared feeling of shock throughout the school, staff and students. A feeling of national emergency. They sent us home a little early that day. Remember being dazed, looking for the right bus.

Early days yet, but we may be in for a hellacious flu season. Lack of vaccination gives viruses an advantage for mutation. The more people get sick, the more chances the virus has. It can't evolve without hosts. Our Asian neighbors are masking already for flu season. I'm vaxxed but may join them.

Single-family homes were intended to be owned and occupied by single families. Somewhere along the line (1980s?) they became investment vehicles, driving up prices, pricing out homeowners. Localities could fix this with property tax policies, but they won't because they now depend on high values.
