It looks like the planet has passed its yearly global temperature minimum, reaching 12.71°C on January 22, 2026.
It is always possible a lower temperature will be reached towards the end of December this year. If not, 2026 will finish at the 4th hottest minimum on record.

Dessutom var även februari väldigt torr, så hittills i år ligger stora delar av södra Sverige runt 75% av normal nederbörd eller lägre.
Och hittills i år ligger nästan hela Sverige 3-5 grader över medeltemperatur 1961-1990! Inte bara en månad utan ett helt kvartal!
