Adolescence on Netflix. Wow. Stephen Graham is a brilliant actor, isn’t he? I’ve never watched a show that properly portrays the nuances of what the family of a perpetrator goes through. Also touches on the scary rise of young boys being influenced by the likes of Tate. A tough but brilliant watch.

Having spent a week or two more full time here, I can absolutely confirm that the real echo chamber is not Bluesky but X. Musk’s platform is roaring cyclotron of hate, gamed algorithms and inauthentic blue ticks. It’s not free speech but ‘paid for’ speech that stops genuine exploration and debate.

I moved over here for all the obvious reasons… but also to run away from the terrifying Temu ads that have been giving me many a sleepless night.
