I'm genuinely not sure they even know. Even the comments on the post I reblogged didn't really seem to register her name versus just commentary on the general crappiness of the people on the list.

There are so many people who flat out just do not understand things like:

Basic reading comprehension
Basic civics knowledge
Basic statistical analysis
Basic ability to vet sources
Basic ability to think through the consequences of your stances/actions

And it *weirds me out*.

I'm pointing out that your state clearly wanted centrists who opposed the shutdown, so, I'm not sure if a progressive who supported it will be as big a draw as you think.
