Why is art important? Why can’t AI make it? Because true art is transformative & educational in the best way; illuminating- you can listen to a song, read a book, eat a gorgeous meal, watch a film, etc & never be the same emotionally. What else can offer that?

I usually hate BIO pics but watched Elvis & am ON BOARD. The hyperkinetic filmmaking might catch an unwary viewer off guard (watch Moulin Rouge if context is needed). The film is wholly impressive. Rewatchable & tragic. RIP Elvis. Punk rock girl calling this an A+ - can't wait for the documentary

For some reason, I always naively imagined when I got old, there would be a care system. Now I know no matter how hard I work, no matter how good or bad of a person I am, in the US, most likely I will die either houseless or in some terrifying concentration camp
