Wonderful ceremony today in #ksleg as Sen. Mike Argabright honors the Southern Lyon County USD 252 Honor Flight program on the Senate floor. I was v moved today to speak w/ a Vietnam veteran who was choked up describing the wonderful visit to DC in April w/ these students.

To repeat, if the bill takes public dollars and allows them to be spent on unaccredited, unregulated private education, and those dollars can’t be spent by public school students in public schools, its a VOUCHER. #don’tbefooled

Coming to the #ksleg in 2025?
Most voucher users were already in private school, and states can’t afford two education sectors.

It doesn’t matter if vouchers use state budget lines outside of school aid funds.

It’s ultimately all the same pot and eventually the check comes due.👇
