You can now add buttons in Leaflet publications!
Add any link — great for a call to action like 'buy' or 'contact' or 'explore'…or, as in this example, a 'new doc' button :)

Update: we made a few changes to help clarify that votes on polls are *public*:
- a note that votes are public before you vote
- a toggle to see the results before you vote
- a popover to show who voted for what on the results page
Let us know if you have further feedback on how polls work!

Thanks! Just tested, annoyingly vscode seems to copy a bunch of html to the clipboard too. For now should also work to first copy to an app that's definitely just plaintext (like Obsidian) and then into Leaflet. We'll try to handle better though!

Gotcha! Replied here too — where are you pasting this text from? Tested from Obsidian and seems to work with plaintext but likely a case where it's copying both plaintext and html and we're not using the right one on paste (this is useful for testing: evercoder.github.io/clipboard-in...)

Make sure to hit "use an atproto handle" here (not bluesky) - sorry, we can improve this flow, but let us know if that works!

New in Leaflet: facets in the Bluesky post composer!
When you post to Bluesky in the Leaflet publish flow, your links, hashtags, and @-mentions should now Just Work.
Seems small, but annoying to fail w/o realizing…nice to get this working! Even got autocomplete for mentions :)

Ooh this is really cool! Nice example of custom rendering for other lexicon types…and sounds like others (e.g. @tangled.org) on the radar too!

Don't slander us Boris our intentions (giving people flexible tools for open social publishing) are pure!
NB: this doesn't solve the issue but we did just add a slightly better empty state at least…bigger better solutions soon :)

We've had the Leaflet Discover page for a while now and it's super useful for finding new pubs (and seeing what's popular), but it lived as separate page…

Huh! Just tested and works for me on iOS both phone and iPad. I'm not yet on brand new latest iOS, not sure if different there. It shows on scroll for a second then hides (should be the normal os-level behavior).

We *also* auto-embed YouTube vids by default when you paste the url and hit the embed button (instead of just adding link preview).

Yep! Pick a leaflet subdomain on initial creation, then in pub settings you can add a custom domain, and once dns is live you can click the pin icon to make the custom one the default
