I'm a trivia guy who misses his friends!
Blanket triggered these memories. My daughter loved the blanket though.

I successfully did steaks sous vide during lunch today. Served over leftover rice and broccoli from last night. Very happy. Too bad I only ate maybe 1/3 of one steak. Now I have to pack up the leftovers.

You are always my ride or die host and producer. I have a VRRY good relationship with my hammock. I sturdied it up too. The chains I installed give it a 3000lb test!

@talcotts.bsky.social TIL that my favorite current Columbo parody, Elsbeth, is a spinoff of The Good Wife/Fight. Did you know this?

@dlelandwhite.bsky.social I made tours of Italy for my visiting brother and my family. I made a smashed chicken parmesan burger. 3 meat lasagna. Alfredo with smoked Gouda and 18 month Gouda. I know it ain’t pretty. But I bet you know it was delicious.

Home made lasagna. Generally happy with the results.

This smoked mozzarella chicken roulade served with broccoli, rice and a gravy made from chicken stock, butter and Brie husk. I didn’t take any pictures until the meal was over. My kid had FIVE servings. I think the whole meal cost $11 to make. @dlelandwhite.bsky.social as always I dedicate to you.

Stella is supposed to be a lion. But we accept lead in a hair band.

I used my leftover short ribs partially to make breakfast quesadillas and a tostada.

I think our friendship is now based on me seeing a new PTA movie and being excited to tell you I saw a new PTA movie.
Eg: I just rewatched inhenrent Vice and this moment is officially my favorite.

Watching a movie and this doesn’t feel like it’s going to end well…

Sous vide baby back ribs for 48 hours. Then blow torched. Roasted potatoes that had three salt baths before boiling and roasting in Kerrygold and onion salt. Brussel sprouts washed in sugar and water, blanched and boiled for 3 minutes before finishing in bacon drippings.

@brianmichaellynch.bsky.social is a hero of mine! He was the first person to teach my daughter trans awareness from Lone Star. She was only 7 years old. Now she is an advocate online and at her middle school where she is the president of the Best Buddies program. Thank you Brian!

The James Franco Liz dance club moment is realistically my favorite moment in the entire series.

If you see this, quote a title screen that’s iconic to you.
I can also hear this title screen.

My dog got a tiny rawhide as a treat. She was so happy she danced. Now that she’s done, she’s out here contemplating life.

I cleaned up my couch so I could sit in the corner and stare at the birds at the feeders and relax. There’s a reason this dog’s nickname is “Sister Steal-Your-Spot.” We also have a dog who senses a picture being taken and photobombs. Hes, “Brother Ruin-Your-Shot.”

If all the ingredients are in your kitchen, Lasagna costs basically nothing to make with zero skill set and a YouTube tutorial. If you have to buy every ingredient, lasagna costs well over $30.
