I was quite surprised to see it. I imagine it's performative Christianity as an act of aggression against Islam, and perhaps to appease some American Christian nationalist donors. I wonder how many of them actually attend church 🙄

I'm not American and I knew nothing about Mr Kirk before he was killed, so I refrain from posting on the US aspects of his death.
OTOH I know Boris Johnson and I am concerned about UK politics.
If this is the type of "free speech" that Johnson and the UK right wants to defend, I am appalled.
