Leonardos think they can do what they like? Not surprisingly when you consider their free pass on making parts for the IDF's air force. No - I'm not saying that their employees approve.

As regular users always amused (embarrassed) by the crowded bus stop and tram platform. Only instance where modes share space closely. Queues for Citylink/Flix/Ember intercity buses. Plus airport buses Lothian & Bright. Often arriving v. close together. Blairgowrie actually has better shelters. 🌧 😆

Here's a plug for 'Rose Nicolson' by Andrew Greig. Initially set in Edinburgh but becomes a story academic life in St Andrews in the late 1500s. Post reformation Scotland. My read of the year!

A good overview - an Ember e-bus has a 422kWh battery in comparison.
Today's cargobike delivery was done to East Linton with an 800Wh battery. Bike is 50kg but had 33% left.

Use China made e-buses. Obviously electric trains are way more environmentally friendly but with constant surplus of renewables in Scotland you could classify them as mobile storage units.

Driver knows to expect you & bike. So you feel welcome. There will be a bike limit though per bus. Only ever seen two on at once. They do have inside space for bike / wheelchair. ScotRail offer 6 spaces on Highland. Ember's E1 route to Dundee has bus every 30 minutes. Inverness route to increase 🚌
