If Starbucks can spend billions on executive payouts, it can negotiate fair contracts with its workers. The “Red Cup Rebellion” happens when a company chooses to retaliate against those seeking living wages.

I proudly joined the @laborcaucus.house.gov in demanding Starbucks bargain in good faith.
We're standing in solidarity with @sbworkersunited.org as they strike for a first contract ✊

For over 4 years, workers have fought for a fair union contract. It’s time for Starbucks to bargain in good faith and for workers to get the contract they deserve.

@sbworkersunited.org and Starbucks workers here in Pittsburgh and across the country are demonstrating tremendous courage by taking action and demanding fair pay.

The power of the people will always be greater than the people in power—I'm proud to join you in saying no contract, no coffee.

The @iamunion.bsky.social District 837 Members have secured a new contract with Boeing🙌

These workers build the world’s most advanced military aircraft, and after 3 months of standing strong on the picket line, they won major gains on their wages and benefits.

Congratulations to @pghguild.com for winning their strike🎉

After over 3 years on the picket line in the country's longest ongoing strike, Post-Gazette workers fought for and won better wages and benefits.

When workers win, we all win ✊
BREAKING: We won!

Today the 3rd Circuit Court ordered the @post-gazette.com to restore our contract it illegally tore up 5 years ago. That’s our health care, PTO, right to a 40-hr. work week, short-term disability and so much more we’ve struck for 3+ years.

Over 14,000 Starbucks workers have unionized since 2021, but they still don’t have a union contract because of Starbucks’ stalling.

That’s why we, @jayapal.house.gov, & over 80 Members of Congress are calling on Starbucks to stop union-busting & reach a contract with @sbworkersunited.org

The numbers are clear: we’ve lost over 150,000 energy jobs because of Trump’s energy crisis.

@climatepower.bsky.social’s new report shows that while Trump has squashed hundreds of thousands of jobs, energy bills have spiked across the country.

Working families deserve better.

Workers keep Americans moving by building & operating our nation's highways, railroads, & ports.

We're fighting for pro-worker transportation policies in Congress to invest in our infrastructure, keep America safe, and strengthen domestic manufacturing.

This weekend, I met with local AFSCME leaders and food bank staff to discuss how the shutdown is impacting their ability to support our communities.

Republicans need to come to the table – Oregonians can't afford for this to continue.

'People are terrified': Health insurance hikes, SNAP benefits are the focus at Rep. Janelle Bynum press conference
Rep. Bynum and the AFSCME members cited rising health care costs and the uncertainty surrounding premium increases as the concerns they hear most from Oregonians.

Today marks the longest government shutdown in American history.

For 36 days, Republicans have refused to negotiate to reopen the government. Instead, they’re firing federal workers & canceling construction jobs.

Workers aren’t pawns. It’s time for bipartisan negotiations.

Federal workers are devoted civil servants who care for our communities, but Republicans continue using them as pawns during the shutdown.

@elfreth.house.gov explains the crucial role of federal workers & why Republicans need to return to the bargaining table & open the government.
There are more than 2.9 million federal workers across our country – including 45,000 civil servants in #MD03 alone – who are all being acutely and disproportionately impacted by this shutdown, but who have also been under constant assault by this Administration.

We need trade policies that level the playing field for workers and bring good jobs back home.

We’re calling for improvements to our trade deal with Mexico and Canada that support American workers by cracking down on corporate offshoring, scrutinizing Chinese investment, and raising wages.

Today marks the start of open enrollment. As a result of the Republicans' trash bill, our health insurance payments are skyrocketing. That's the last thing we need right now.

That’s why I joined @afscme.bsky.social in speaking out to fight for affordable healthcare for Oregonians.

Our federal employees keep this nation running, yet Trump is punishing them during this government shutdown.

I stood with our TSA workers and air traffic controllers to call out this disgrace.

I’ll never stop fighting for our federal workers.

Today marks one month since the start of the government shut down.

Republicans treating federal employees as political pawns needs to stop. It’s time for bipartisan negotiations to reopen the government and for federal workers to get paid for their work.
